The meaning of the word ‘fundamental’ is defined as the following: Forming a necessary base or core, being a core component or fact upon which other aspects are built.
It is our belief that when it comes to training managers and supervisors in workplace safety, knowledge and attitude are fundamental in setting the base for safe work sites.
If managers and supervisors are trained in safety requirements and procedures and then apply that training and knowledge, then their employees are more likely to comply with their training and support the core safety values of their employer.
