Combined Fall Protection and Scissor Lift Training
Our Combined Fall Protection and Scissor Lift training is designed for warehouse workers or for workers who only operate Scissor Lifts.
If you operate any other type of MEWP’s such as Boom Lifts and Personnel Lifts then this course will not certify you on those types.

This first portion of the course covers Fall Protection that includes but no limited to:
- Responsibilities
- Hazard Identification
- Fall Protection Planning
- Fall Protection Systems
- Fall Arrest Force
- Connectors /Lanyards /Harnesses
- Inspections
- Participants must demonstrate Donning and Doffing of a Harness
The second part of the course will cover the Scissor Lift (MEWP Group A Type 3) that includes but no limited to:
- Responsibilities
- Deficiencies
- Pre operational Inspections
- Safety Devices
- Hazards
- MSAD / Side force / Stability
Participants will complete a Comprehensive Practical on a Scissor Lift.
Written exam for both portions of the course.
Certificate is valid for 3 years.
